INFO.

RJ Dela Rosa is a Filipino educator, filmmaker, and poet. RJ is the founder of non-for-profit community resource film company Cinema Bahala Na – that aims to tackle the financially burdening medium by sharing knowledge, resources, equipment, and stories without institutional and financial footnotes. RJ’s art practice has included self-published poetry collections, independent films like MARE, 2084, and is continually developing cultural bodies of work in collaboration with artists and storytellers.

RJ’s pedagogical approaches to directing and community learning/sharing coalesce with his ongoing practice to reimagine the broader narratives that define oppressed communities and younger people through education.
